Contin\u00faa debajo.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un servicio de almacenamiento en la nube como <a aria-label=\"Google Drive (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Google Drive<\/a> te facilita todas las necesidades que conlleva el aprendizaje y la ense\u00f1anza en l\u00ednea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drive es una herramienta que crea un <strong>disco duro virtual en la nube<\/strong> y te permite guardar en un <strong>espacio privado<\/strong>: documentos, im\u00e1genes, videos, presentaciones, etc., de manera que puedes acceder a ellos desde cualquier lugar mediante un navegador web, un ordenador o un dispositivo m\u00f3vil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero adem\u00e1s Drive te permite <strong>compartir f\u00e1cilmente los archivos<\/strong> que tienes guardados en este espacio, haci\u00e9ndolos accesibles y editables por las personas a las que les des permiso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De hecho en un documento de Google, por ejemplo, dos personas pueden escribir en el mismo documento simult\u00e1neamente sin crear copias duplicadas del mismo archivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00f3mo aprovechar su potencial educativo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Entra en <a aria-label=\"Drive (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Drive<\/a> desde tu cuenta de Google o crea una cuenta si no la tienes todav\u00eda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-very-light-gray-background-color has-background\">No es necesario tener una cuenta de Gmail para abrir una cuenta en Drive. Si tienes guardados sus emails en tus contactos de Gmail, te aparecen en un desplegable al empezar a escribir la direcci\u00f3n, evitando as\u00ed tener que teclear uno por uno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n puedes crear un grupo en Gmail que agrupe a todos los alumnos de un curso o una asignatura para que puedas enviar el archivo a toda la clase con tan s\u00f3lo a\u00f1adir el nombre del grupo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la derecha de los emails introducidos puedes escoger el permiso que les quieres dar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Editar el documento, s\u00f3lo leer el documento o leer pero tambi\u00e9n permites que puedan introducir comentarios y sugerencias si quieres un feedback en su contenido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" marcada la casilla <em>Notificar a las usuarios<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Introduce un mensaje explicativo debajo, para que los receptores del email entiendan el prop\u00f3sito del mismo: por ejemplo email. Pero tambi\u00e9n puedes cambiar el acceso al documento: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A cualquier persona que tenga el enlace<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O si tienes una cuenta educativa de Google, tambi\u00e9n tendr\u00e1s la opci\u00f3n de restringir el acceso al archivo a todas las personas de tu mismo centro.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En mi caso, todas las personas con cuenta en tener que introducir todos los correos electr\u00f3nicos para restringir un acceso a un archivo o una carpeta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de pulsar en Listo, recuerda elegir los permisos que tienen los
